Refund & Returns Policy

We want your family’s experience with our coloring books to feel easy, joyful, and stress-free.

Digital Products

All digital coloring books, coloring sheets and downloadable products are final sale once access has been provided or the download has started.

Because digital products are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you no longer need the product.

Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to confirm that you agree to receive instant access to your digital product and understand that you may lose any cancellation rights once the download begins.

We are always happy to help if there is a genuine issue with your order, including:

duplicate purchases
missing files
corrupted files
download problems
technical issues accessing your product

If this happens, please email us at help@colorwithcalicocatyin.com and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.

Digital Use Reminder

All digital downloads are for personal use only. They may not be shared, copied, resold, redistributed, uploaded to other websites, or used commercially unless written permission has been given.

Physical Products

If you also purchase a physical product, returns and refunds will be handled separately in line with the product description, delivery location, and applicable consumer laws.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy removes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or state.
