One quiet, peaceful, sunny morning in Muir Woods, as dew shimmered on the trees and forest floor, two tiny one-month-young kittens were discovered nestled together at the edge of a trail – resembling a Yin-Yang symbol. That moment gave them their names: Yin and Yang.

Now, nearly twenty years later, Calico Cat Yin’s calm, inquisitive spirit continues to shine and flows through the pages of Color with Calico Cat Yin, inviting families to slow down, breathe deeply, and wander into an enchanting world where creativity sparks joy, imagination blooms brightly, and every page opens a doorway to playful, magical adventures.
